SCGA serves as the Plan Manager and Fiscal Agent for the South American Subbasin. As the largest GSA in the basin, SCGA provides leadership and coordination to support implementation of the adopted Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP). Responsibilities include fiscal administration, annual reporting coordination, and support for five-year evaluations.
